Ive been waiting for 3 months to get a Fibre installation done,
I was eventually installed by Vuma on Friday 05/02/2021
Vodacom was meant to activate the which takes up to 48 hours.
Its now been 6 days and still nothing.
Ive been making follow up every single day with Vodacom but nothing,
I have now tried to cancel the fibre line this morning and this is even a challenge on its own,
I'm trying to get a new Service provider to assist me but Vodacom is blocking me from moving to a new Service provider,
This is really annoying
