Manager is very arrogant - Consumer Complaint for Puregold - Head Office

Your Branch Manager Mr.Edgar is very arrogant with customer. He is insisting to remove my cap,and insisting that is your store policy,He is very Unprofesional. In all that the smkt here in Quezon City your store,Puregold Balintawak is the worst.Try to be polite and accommodating to customer.
