Vodacom services utter useless.. There is no such thing as customer service with Vodacom, customer does not come first with you guys. Vodacom needs to jack up before you loose all your loyal customers because you guys don't know how to treat us correctly. And your sorry's and apologies for the inconvenience means nothing to me.

Took a samsung 20 plus with a Tab A out on a contract on 11 October Recieved it on 14 October.
Bought covers and screenprotector for both the devices.
28 October phoned vodacom. Phone is heating up. They will come and collect both the devices. And give me new devices. They only send someone to come and fetch it on 4 November...no new devices. I have to wait till they recieved the devises . On 9 November they already had the devices, but on 14 November we contacted vodacom again after not hearing anything. Now they change again there story. The devices must be booked in. And then only will they reverse the contract. We can upgrade again. But have to wait 2 days. So we waited 2 days. Phone them again on monday 16 November after I saw query has been resolved. To my big surprise nothing was resolved. Another query was logged. Have to wait 3-5 days this time. I even have proof that vodacom said on Tuesday 17 November I have to wait still another 72 hours. So 20 November time is up. Contacted vodacom again because I still can not upgrade. Vodacom online said to me they phoned me. But I did not recieve any phone calls. Vodacom said so sorry but please be patient. One vodacom person told me also now I have to wait till 1Desember. Only then could they reverse the contract. But the idiot also said that I could maybe get a better deal with black friday. Duh.... black Friday is before 1 December.
So vodacom how long are you going to go on lying to us.
When will I be able to upgrade after you reverse the contract.
Can you guarantee me the same devices that I ordered in the first place? And if not, are you going to refund me for covers and screen covers that will not be used?
What about the money that we paid for upgrading to new contracts? When are you going to refund us.
