I PHONED THE CUSTOMER CALL CENTRE NUMEROUS TIMES TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AS I FOUND OUT I NEEDE A BACK OPERATION AS WELL AS HAVE OSTEOARTHRITIS IN MY BACK.MYS DISKS COLLAPSED.SOMEDAYS I CANNOT WALK.I SUBMITTED MRI SCAN AS WELL AS A DOCTORS LETTER AS THE REQUESTED.I HAVE TO SAVE FOR THE OPERATION,AS ITS VERY EXPENSIVE.I CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY A GYM MEMBERSHIP ANYMORE.THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT I MUST NOT TELL HIM HOW TO RUN HIS BUSSINESS AND THAT I AM STILL LIABLE FOR A CANCELLATION FEE OF R1600,AS I DO NOT HAVE A TERMINAL ILNESS. PLANET FITNESS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AS THEY OPENLY CLAIM.FOR THEM YOU ARE JUST A SOURCE OF INCOME EVEN THOUGH YOU CANNOT GYM ANYMORE DUE TO INJURY OR ILNESS.ITS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH ANY BUSSINESS.
