Refund Issues - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

I apply for converge internet service and they ask for security deposit and i paid 1500.however according to them the area is not servicable, i was told that i will receive the refund after 15 days. Its more than 15 days and i havent receive my money back..
