Cancellation of contract - account still being debited - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I had called in 4 times in November to cancel my contract, number 060 974 5162, on the fourth call I was told the contract will be cancelled. The last debit will go off at the end of November. Thereafter they debited my account in December for the full amount, I called through and the consultant told me that I had called in late and therefore they can only cancel the contract in December.( this is after 4 calls in November and a call in the last week of October.
Once again in January my account has been debited for the full amount, when I called through the agent says that there is no cancellation on my account and they are only billing me for airtime and not the handset, which is not true as they are debiting my account for the full amount. How many customers are they doing this to, this amounts to stealing from people. I will never purchase anything from vodacom again. I have also asked for a refund and to speak to a manager but no one gets back to me.
