I bought a magnolia 152 cm bed set from your Golden Acre branch Capetown a year ago the bed springs collapsed and it was returned and a new mattress was brought to my residence at 115 Evergreen Road Hanover Park Capetown. Two weeks ago whilst sleeping heard a Big Bang and thought it was outside of my property. On further investigation I discovered that it wasn’t outside my property however it was the bed springs that collapsed.

I called your branch in Capetown town to informed them regarding the problem and asked to speak to Ebrahim the salesman however I was told that he’s no longer working for the company. The lady that I spoke to said I must leave my contact information and she will call me back as soon as she is finished assisting a client.

I am still waiting for the service staff!!!!
