Agreed upgrade not honoured - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head Office28 July I spoke to Zanele for a deal match. After much calls I eventually came here and then got a little action with the advice to go the Vodashop, get the phone and tablet and call in to activate the extra minutes (was about 500min & 3G data). I phoned last week, she did not phone me back again, I called now again, still no resolution. Please can someone just activate the agreed minutes and data for the duration of the contract.
