INCOMPETENT SITE TRANSFER PROCESS - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

We have moved to our new residence last Feb 15, 2020. Prior to that i already filed a transfer request with complete needed documents. Few days after, installation team texted me telling me that they were halted by HOA (Home Owners Association) because of an ongoing unsettled agreement that i was not made aware of. We went to HOA and we were told that they are waiting for converge to respond but to no success. I made numerous calls to converge ict support but all they say is they will make a report and will send it to their incompetent concerned team (one of my calls was with rep Kobe who was the first or second rep who hung up on me). Then here comes Covid 19, they keep on attempting using it as an alibi. Until today's incident totally made me fed uo with all of them. 3 reps hung up on me, Jean, John, and Raj. Other reps i spoke to were named Josh, Michael, May, Jervis, Blue, Ashley, (i lost my paper where i wrote the names of the other reps) and a supervisor named Rowee who somehow made few callbacks but ended up to be as incompetent as the other reps. I never had any satisfaction with anyone i spoke to about this. Now, my employment is at stake since a possibility to lessen work hours might be implemented and will first affect those who has poor internet connection since my only means now is using my cell phone via mobile usb tethering for my pc. Pls respond and take action on this.

Mag lilipat po kc kami ng bahay sa may unahan Lang po NG Bahay namin at kailangan kudin pong ipalipat wifi po namin
