Billing adjustment delay and incompetent staff - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

we moved houses on 02162020. our internet was reconnected 04032020. i raised a billing adjustment within April 2020 (i can't recall the exact date). until now, no fix was given and last time i called sometime last June 2020 i was told that it will be rechecked since only 1500 was adjusted of and it was even unclear what does it cover. im expecting a almost a month and a half adjustment of my bills for me to be updated on my payments and to upgrade my speed to 35mbps which they won't let me because of my past due and balances. im paying what i owe each month excluding the adjustments im still waiting until now, and not only that, my address on my billing statements still shows my address when the fact that i have requested for that to be updated even before we moved out from our old address. i already raised a complaint against converge because of the delay they have made to transfer my internet connection since i was needing that from the time we were told that it will be transferred since my wife also do some online selling of her pastries and cakes. i keep on getting promises that were never fulfilled from all of their representatives except from the one who have sent a dispatch team to connect my internet that was days after i sent my first complaint against them through here. please help. thank you.
