I'm writing to follow-up on my application for Converge FiberX installation. My payment has already been credited last July 16, 2020. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven't received any updates yet for installation. Till now my application is still schedule for installation. It's taking too long already! I also need internet connection upgrade and services for my work at home setup.

I tried reaching out via email and landline, but there's no response on your end.
