SR201019-767013 Fibre cable stolen - still waiting 39 days later!!! - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

A portion of my fibre cable was stolen outside my property and I logged a Service Request with Vodacom on 19 October. For 39 days I have been pushed from pillar to post and made countless empty promises. I also cannot get a credit on my account SR201117-856781 until the connectivity is restored. This is absolutely unacceptable!!!!
