Rude manager - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

Clicks Store - Head OfficeI bought airtime at clicks Sinoville center and walked out the door and for not more than 10 second I realized my slip did not contain my airtime. So I approached the manager about it, instead I was accused of dropping it or hiding it so l could walk away with both the airtime and the refund. Only when they checked the system they realized that the airtime was not processed. Despite all the accusations I not receive a single apology for the inconvenience.
