Need a refund for the advance payment I made since they didn't proceed with the installation of my subscription due to their nap boxes aren't available.

Same complaint. I am requesting refund since April. No installation made due to unavailability of contract in our area.

Did you guys received the refund? I also have the same problem. Dagdag sa stress ang Converge.
