The worst service i ever received!! Clicks westgate mall - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

I am extremely unhappy with the service i received at clicks Westridge Gate mall yesterday 1 October 2020 from the manager Nadia.
So a week ago i took my hand mixer in to the store as it was overheating every time I used it, she checked it out and agreed that there was a problem with it and that she's going to give back my money or i can take another mixer. So i decided that I'll take a mixer instead because I need it but unfortunately due to the lock down apparently non of the stores has hand mixers, and ever since i kept calling to find out if they have received any, as well as other clicks stores near by. So yesterday I decided I'm taking it back to change it for a kettle instead, Nadia clearly remembered me but refused to take back the item as promised, was so unprofessional firstly with the way she addressed the whole situation. She had a attitude and she came across extremely annoyed by my presents, I refused to leave without my money or a store credit, i asked to speak to her manager but it seems as if he already knew what was going on by the time he came to me because he's mind was set on whatever she has told him, keep in mind this person wasn't there last week when I brought the item back the first time. Eventually they came to an agreement to let me use the store credit but I am extremely unhappy with the service i received yesterday, I felt like a dog with the way things were handled, I told Nadia last week i told her this hand mixer will burn out because it's over heating and her words to me was " why are you using the hand mixer so much then" firstly who the hell is she to ask me a question like that? As a customer you buy what you want and like and use or wear it whenever you like! I'm running a small business from home and I've got customers to satisfy and see to. Not listen to trash coming out a managers mouth on when and how I should use my hand mixer as if she purchased it for me! I am extremely unhappy about this, I've been going to clicks westgate mall for years now and I'm well aware of this manager as she's normally on duty when I pop in at the store and because of her rude and unprofessional manners i refuse to go to this store again. Nadia needs to learn to wake up on the right side of her bed in the mornings and to leave her problems at home and not take her issues out on her customers because honestly that's what it looked like because before I even approached her she looked like she's in a bad mood. I'm a people's person and I actually never received such bad service anywhere else before so I am really disgusted!!
