Sales representative - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Good day, I am very upset with Vodacom centre in Mossel bay, Western Cape at the Mossel bay mall centre. The sales representative discussing another person with another client, discretting that persons character. That is unacceptable! Who gives that sales person the right to discuss another person to a client in the sales centre for everyone to hear. This client is willing to give written statement and for victim to lay criminal charges of crimen injuria against the sales representative.
