Vodacom - Head OfficeI understand COVID negatively impacted business as usual, however you must be able to service your customer with problems other than your self service options that fail. I suspect fraud on my account and if I cannot contact you, you will bear the losses. I tried your collection but because there is nothing outstanding on my account you don't want to talk to me. Your customer care also does not have a face so continue to drive your clients away and see what it does to your business.
