Rider is Dishonest - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

Goodday Sir/ma'am,

I would like to lure your attention to an important issue that I have faced lately due to your branch services. I bought an item on Shoppee,worth 1164 but the rider didn't gave the exact change i was supposed to receive,I gave him 2,000 he was supposed to give 836 but i was unsure and asked him "sobra po ata sir" (sir i thinks it's too much) that is why he get the 500 back. Later, i realize i was wrong and texted him immedietly but then he isn't answering or replying my call & text. After an hour he replied, see attached picture to see the convo, and the assigned rider who was supposed to be the one who'll give mu parcel is someone. This person called me early in the morning telling that his brother(the person who is assigned on my parcel)wont be the one sending the parcel since he is annoyed by me . And the one who called me began lecturing me.
