Unfriendly and very rude staff - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

An hour ago just been to your branch ,GUINOBATAN ALBAY BRANCH , probably i arrived at your branch at 3 20 pm ,waited and lined up , had a transaction and asked one of the staff a guy ,how can i do COD ,he gave me 3 forms to fill up because i have to send my products to three people to different locations , its almost cut off when the branch about to close .i was filling up the forms , and waiting for my turn again to the counter ,while the guy continue to attend 4 customers behind my back ,so it was okay for me if i can get the last transaction . While waiting patiently sitting on the chair ,one staff a lady , ask me with an intonation and a tiger look in her eye.

Lady staff : sir magpapadala kayo? !!!
I said opo maam , she replied kanina papo kmi closed !!! With the same look and intonation , i told her that i was on the line before the other customer that is being attended . She replied again
Closed na ! Cut off na ! Bahala kayo diyan . !!!

Having heard her voice the way she talked to me ,i felt like being treated a TRASH, my heart was pounding because of her RUDENESS... But i just stayed humble though SHE MADE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE

,WHen the guy asked for my turn ,well im the last customer today ,its just okay BUT , the guy made a mistake not asking my product price and just charging my customer of the shipping fee ,195 pesos to pampanga, the other two product was okay.

I supposed not to complain ,i could just let the guy make a mistake like that ,i can just ask my customer to pay me in my account,

But the LADY STAFF in your branch ? NO! She really made my day ,SHE IS VERY RUDE ! UNFRIENDLY! NOT ATTENTIVE ! Im an OFW , couldn't return on my job trying to survive in this pandemic through online selling , i am always polite and friendly to the people around me and I WANT THAT BACK ,im just Asking RESPECT ... I hope this concern reach you and the company to do action regarding this matter
