Dangerous driver - Consumer Complaint for Triolet Bus Service Co. Ltd

On Tuesday this week we caught a triolet bus from grand baie to Perrybere at about 5.30. In the 2 mile journey I had serious concerns that I would not make my stop. The driver sped of at such a speed I was thrown into my seat. Within a 60klh speed limit the bus was doing well in excess of this taking conner at around 80klh with a fully loaded bus which is not designed for these speeds. We asked the conductor why the drive was driving so fast and was told that he was running behind. That excuse is unacceptable when the driver was putting lives at risk. There was some locals on the bus and quite a few tourists include a very young baby who's mother looked terrified. There are signs on these buses not to abuse staff but I can see how there get abuse when this drive thought he was at a race track and with a total lack and dutie of care to his passengers. I come from the UK where our bus driver have to passed a series of courses and tests just site behind the wheel of a bus sadly I feel this was not case and this driver has had no trading what so ever

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please note that i have incurred 3 issues regarding Tbs route 29 Grand-Bay bus (departing from Riv. du Rempart to Grand-Bay).

1.Around 17h10 the bus normally should go to lacroisette Grand-Bay but many times, the bus does not go to this stop but instead goes directly to Grand-Bay.

2. Same route, the bus should go to Super U stop but the conductor tells everyone to get down at the Grand-bay store traffic lights and then they finish their route schedule.

3. Same route, after going to Super u stop, the bus is supposed to go through grand-bay beach stop but still the conductor tells everyone to get down at the grand-bay store traffic lights.

I pay for the whole route destination and the conductor along the driver are eager to go home and tells people to get down. On top of that if someone ask them to drop them at their respective bus stop, either they make as if they did not hear anything or they tell the person rudely to get down.This is very unfair. I hope that these issues are solved as soon as possible.
