I was signaling the bus to stop yet the driver did not stop. Really bad reputation for the TBS service. Bus was at Arsenal bustop on Friday 5 march at 5 40 pm. These kind of people really ruin the reputation of the bus service. Request to track down the driver and give severe warnings with severe suspension.

24/12 date of incident at 9:54 Roche Bois bus stop close by to the pedestrian fly over.
I was waiting for the 10:00 am bus, and I was sitting on the bus stop due of the sun, people were blocking the visual of the arriving bus. Suddenly I see the bus 215 to Gbay which I take everyday coming at full speed and not driving on the bus lane but in the middle lane.
Upon entering in the bus the driver told “qui to pe tromP to pan truV sa pilon la dernier lheure li faire sign?”
1. First of all the bus was coming full speed;
2. The bus was in the middle lane and not on the bus lane when he suppose to drive on the bus lane as he is approaching a bus stop which probability of passenger waiting.
3 the bus should go slower close to a bus stop and not driving at full speed.
4 the driver is not allowed in any circumstance to raise his voice to a customer and especially using such wording.
If no action will be taken, I will furthermore proceed to the media and legal way if needed.

Hello,i am currently in bus 43JN07 today 28 Oct at 7h15 from pte o piment to p louis express. The conductor has forbidden me to have smthng to eat in the bus despite me wearing my mask saying "pna droit mange dans bus". i was surprised but still complied to wat he said. Wat has made me more furious was the utter indifference that he showed towards another catholic lady who was eating her bread and he saw her but dnt say anythng to her! Please chk ur cameras u will see.Is it because i am hindu that 4 me the rule applies?? If eating is forbidden in TBS then i would very much like u put the stickers "no eating"in ur buses everywhere!!how come people can eat in any other buses in Mauritius and only this man comes specifically to 1 person to show his dominance?? I am very much disappointed with TBS and would like that all people should be treated the same!! Please brief ur staffs!! Waiting for an explanation.

COMPLAINT #7903 - Customer Service Issues
Dear Sir/Madam,
Please note that i have incurred 3 issues regarding Tbs route 29 TBS bus (departing from Riv. du Rempart to Grand-Bay).
1.Around 17h10 the bus normally should go to lacroisette Grand-Bay but many times, the bus does not go to this stop but instead goes directly to Grand-Bay.
2. Same route, the bus should go to Super U stop but the conductor tells everyone to get down at the Grand-bay store traffic lights and then they finish their route schedule.
3. Same route, after going to Super u stop, the bus is supposed to go through grand-bay beach stop but still the conductor tells everyone to get down at the grand-bay store traffic lights.
I pay for the whole route destination and the conductor along the driver are eager to go home and tells people to get down. On top of that if someone ask them to drop them at their respective bus stop, either they make as if they did not hear anything or they tell the person rudely to get down.This is very unfair. I hope that these issues are solved as soon as possible.

COMPLAINT #6764 - Service Issues
I was in a bus with the immatriculation number 8461 DC 10 around 1:45 PM today. A man came in the bus and was looking for a seat. The seat next to me was free but I kept my bag there, so I told the man to not sit here as there was a sticker to not sit there.
To my great surprise, the lady conductor started yelling at me because as per her there's no more Corona virus in Mauritius so I had to let the man sit.
Despite her wearing a mask.
For me, this is not the service we expect while travelling by bus. During a pandemic like this, I think the lady should be briefed that COVID-19 is not yet over.

COMPLAINT #5456 - Customer Service Issues
On Tuesday this week we caught a triolet bus from grand baie to Perrybere at about 5.30. In the 2 mile journey I had serious concerns that I would not make my stop. The driver sped of at such a speed I was thrown into my seat. Within a 60klh speed limit the bus was doing well in excess of this taking conner at around 80klh with a fully loaded bus which is not designed for these speeds. We asked the conductor why the drive was driving so fast and was told that he was running behind. That excuse is unacceptable when the driver was putting lives at risk. There was some locals on the bus and quite a few tourists include a very young baby who's mother looked terrified. There are signs on these buses not to abuse staff but I can see how there get abuse when this drive thought he was at a race track and with a total lack and dutie of care to his passengers. I come from the UK where our bus driver have to passed a series of courses and tests just site behind the wheel of a bus sadly I feel this was not case and this driver has had no trading what so ever
