Bus does not stop at bus stop despite stopping them - Consumer Complaint for Triolet Bus Service Co. Ltd

I was signaling the bus to stop yet the driver did not stop. Really bad reputation for the TBS service. Bus was at Arsenal bustop on Friday 5 march at 5 40 pm. These kind of people really ruin the reputation of the bus service. Request to track down the driver and give severe warnings with severe suspension.
