Driver swearing at me - Consumer Complaint for Triolet Bus Service Co. Ltd

24/12 date of incident at 9:54 Roche Bois bus stop close by to the pedestrian fly over.

I was waiting for the 10:00 am bus, and I was sitting on the bus stop due of the sun, people were blocking the visual of the arriving bus. Suddenly I see the bus 215 to Gbay which I take everyday coming at full speed and not driving on the bus lane but in the middle lane.

Upon entering in the bus the driver told “qui to pe tromP to pan truV sa pilon la dernier lheure li faire sign?”

1. First of all the bus was coming full speed;
2. The bus was in the middle lane and not on the bus lane when he suppose to drive on the bus lane as he is approaching a bus stop which probability of passenger waiting.
3 the bus should go slower close to a bus stop and not driving at full speed.
4 the driver is not allowed in any circumstance to raise his voice to a customer and especially using such wording.

If no action will be taken, I will furthermore proceed to the media and legal way if needed.
