It has taken 6 weeks from today to try and get my fibre up and running. Thabo at 0821904 promised that it was sorted yesterday but it is not and he is never available when I call him. I have been phoning daily to ask where the interim dongle is and given the ticket number only to be told yes...its coming and the next day...its not on our system. Can somebody competent enough to fix the problem contact me. I am sick of this absolute shocking service. Should have stayed with Telkom but thought Vodacom was a better option - very sorry now!!!!!!!!!!!
