I was contacted by one of your agents for a new contract. Please note that I have my own phone which was not purchased through Vodacom. The new contract offered was promised to be less than the previous one on a monthly basis. On scrutenizing my account I discovered the following discrepencies on both the March and April invoices:
Handset Installment 15 - R52.17
Sim Insurance - R5.26
Please advise the reason for the above charges as my handset was purchased cash. What does the sim insurance entail?
