Blackmailing and fake - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I paid my Vodacom account in 2018 and then the company started sending me emails that I am in arrears and then Hammond pole attorneys contacted me. This is unacceptable because this amount is still reflecting on my credit record and is preventing me from making a loan at the bank.

I hope this is removed from my account, otherwise I will have to get legal help to assist me with this regard because this is impacting my life negatively.

Attached is my proof of payment and my statement which was R0 so I don't know where the new amount of which i presumably owe popped up.
