Unproffesional , uneducated , very poor service , lavk of general knowledge - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vredenburg West Coast Mall needs a serious change of manager. She lacks general knowledge and clearly does not understand the difference between credit and debit. On 1 June 2020 vodacom deducted the usual amount while giving me a fine of R100.00 for late payment also on 1 June 2020 then on 1 July 2020 they deducted R892.84 that is more than double the usual fee. Once again on 3 August 2020 the usual fee got deducted. I went to the store with bank statements to see the manager where she just sat in her office while a very friendly Elrie assisted. I was told to leave my statements there and the manager would contact me. On the 10th of August 2020 i received an sms stating that my query had been closed. No phone call. No explanation. No nothing. I had to phone the vodashop once again (as i had phoned numerous times before) where i was told they had previously credited me , i just won't be able to see it because i had scratched out my other amounts. I was completely dumbfounded as the left hand side of an FNB bank statement provides her with more than enough information to see that they still need to reimburse me. I asked , but have not yet received any proof of the amount being reimbursed. Shame on you vodacom! In times like these to steal from your customers. After reading all the very very bad reviews of only 3 days in August 2020 i feel sad to know a brand we once trusted and loved now leaves a very bitter taste.
