False advertising and long turn around times and approvals of contracts - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Well first of all we upgrade and new contract to be taken out.The vodacom store in Alberton Mall do not have advertised Phone for the new contract so we done the upgrade , we were revered to go to Vodacom chatz to do the new contract. NICE. Chatz only have the phone but not components that comes with the package so yes we said it is fine ex( I am bying a car today but no petrol, sorry sir will give petrol couple of days) we were told it will take 4 to 6 working days for it to arrive. NICE. After we decided we were told we need these and these papers. We thought to ourself but we already on the system (as her boss said you shouldt have told them the requirements). Anyway all collected and given in. All good. We were told process takes 4 to 6 hours!!! What!!!! Being approved for a loan does not even take so long. We were told we will be contacted. Day later (exactly 24 hours later) no results, apparently still pending. Went home and phoned Vodacom Centre, i was told we are declined due to vodacom policy!!! What!!! So phoned Chatz and the lady told me she told us it is declined, HAHAHAHA ok, but she does not know why it declined because there is no negative records, she resend a mail whom ever and give us a call tomorrow she is busy with a customer. Nice three days to get a contract. Please tell me is this the way to be assisted and be helped. If require any information you are more then welcome to phone. 082 899 1437
