Business Contract non delivery - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Hi, I signed a business internet solution contract with Vodacom at the beginning of January 2021 and submitted all the requested documents in store for processing. I was informed that all was in order and the technical team will make contact for testing and installation. It is now the 26th of January, I have had no feedback from the sales consultant ( after I contacted her to get a status update). I have spoken to three other consultants ( one from Business support, customer care and Technical business support) and no one can resolve or share any information. I have also asked for this contract to be terminated as the support is shocking. I have not received the service that was promised during sign up.
