Poor Customer Service - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

I am honestly disappointed in the service i have been receiving from Clicks Walmer Park. About a month ago i went to the store to purchase a foundation,i was assisted by a sales lady who informed me that i must give a note to the cashier who will fetch the foundation from her. I did this "assuming" all would be in order as i gave the note with my shade to the cashier. I paid for my goods left the shop and to my surprise found out the following morning its a complete different shade to the one i chose and provided a note for. I called the store held on for 10minutes only to be told i cant return make up (R200 loss due to their negligence). Two weeks later i went to purchase a few items again (buy 3 pay for 2 specials) as i left the store i cross check my till slip to discover i was fully charged for the deodorant which was on promotion, i had to wait a whopping 15minutes to be refunded. Wow today i visited the store again to purchase my daughter's meds and a few stationary item, without fail as i left the store i checked my receipt and discovered not only was i overcharged for an item that was advertised for R6.99 and its on promotion buy 3 pay for 2, i was charged R19.99 for each of the three items. This time i took the cashier to the shelf showing her Babalwa the price advertised, she apologized took me to a very rude and unfriendly manager, who forgets we living in a New South Africa and this one starts gossiping to Babalwa the cashier about me in Xhosa, which by the way i understand fluently. Upon me interupting the gossip session the "manager" told me with the stinkiest attitude that she will refund me but the pricing was wrong, No Apology as if i priced the items in the store. She took her sweet time returned with the same stink attitude gave me a piece of paper to sign and stood there not even handing my money or items to me, i had to ask if i could take my stuff and leave. I am disgusted and wow never to support that branch again which i have been doing for more than 12yrs of being a resident in the area. Very dissatisfied with the way in which i was treated at Clicks Walmer Park.
