Since January struggking to get money back several mails sent with no response mail of proof of payment sent to popavodacom.co.za sent and also to a zanele masuku mail but no response

I have been dealing with Zanele as well and she fails to respond to mails or phone calls

Vodacom is way too big for its own boots ! ZERO customer service
