Lazada return parcel was not yet shipped - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

Hello! I just want to complain regarding my Lazada return parcel which was no yet shipped up to now. I have dropped the said parcel on March 10, 2021 at LBC SM Downtown Tuguegarao Branch. However, upon checking on the given tracking number, no record cannot be found. I have reported the incident to the said branch awhile ago but still no record was found that shipment has been made. There has been a negligence in handling the parcel that's why its nowhere to be found. Lazada has declined my return because no parcel was delivered to them. I can no longer refund my payment with Lazada. Please address this complaint. Thank you!
