Delivery is too much delay - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

This is Denmark Sadicon , I have a concern regarding my item to be delivered.This is 16 days waiting for it.I trace it and it is still in (Internal Mail - Pending).I already Call ur customer Service 2 times.The 1st said she will send a email for redeliver,i ask for how many days it will take and said it will take 2 days,i waited for 3 days and yet not delivered.The 2nd said that i need to file a request to the nearest lbc branch around me.I gave my Exact Location .But why is this happening.It already took 19 days?Can you make an urgent action on this,because i need that item urgently!
