Same issues here. I requested 1 month prior we leave our old place so that I can gather all documents needed in transferring services. I process it July, until now no updates. I keep reaching them but those lines and communications options are not working at all. The frustrating part is that they keep on sending bills via noreply email notif. One thing is that before we transferred, i havent connections to the internet last August 1, 2020 and got terminated from my bpo work at home job.
