Hi I had an contract with Vodacom that ended in April 2020. I then informed Vodacom that I will not renew this contract. Still they debited by account every month after that. In October 2020 I contacted them and was informed that they will refund me but nothing was done. Vodacom has to date still not contact me regarding this matter.
