Defy washing machine - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

My problem is that as a customer we not getting anywhere with our complaint. I have been having problems with my washing machine from the time I bought it and the only thing that gets done is a repair that last for three months and there it goes again. All store manager does is sit there and do nothing- that's Bradley at the Chatsworth store and as for our sales lady Mrs Ross, she's "all don't worry I will phone" no calls come from the manager or the sales lady when we called and spoke to Bradley and Mrs Ross they say the machine must be repaired three times before they replace it, three repairs have already been done. Now I am tired of this incompetence the only solution I have to solve my problem is that Bradlows refund my money or else I will take this matter further because of this I put all my other accounts that I have with them on hold I need Mrs Ross and Bradley from the Chatsworth store to answer for everything that is happening urgently. I do not need my machine to be repaired again I need them to replace it because I have an extended warranty.

An immediate response would be highly appreciated.
