WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - Consumer Complaint for MLhuillier Pawnshop - Mexico, Pampanga (Mexico Branch)



I am a regular customer in ML ever since but this branch is so unsatisfying.This happens on 11/08/19 12:56pm This branch in lahug or ML Lahug 1(gorordo ave., lahug cebu city) has the worst customer service ever. it was not just once but many times and I let it pass but today is exceptional. I went to get money with my Phil health ID (since I didn't know it was a secondary for ML). I originally used my passport for transactions but it expired last 2 days ago so I then used my Phil health. the girl with the red uniform asked me if i have another ID such as NBI clearance but the guy WITH GRAY UNIFORM then YELL at me saying HE TOLD ME LAST WEEK TO BRING NBI CLEARANCE WITH ME!!!? he continued yelling and accusing me instead of calmly advise me to bring a primary ID. this is so unacceptable. is this how describe customer service? IS THIS HOW YOU TRAIN PEOPLE? if then, I will never use ML again. I am hoping for a response to this.thank you.

Hi i just want to complain your branch here in Friendship don juico avenue angeles city it was the worst money remittances i have ever encounter.Last week i went there to claim my akap assistance i went there around 14:45 and they tell me 14:30 was cut off time already because they only till 15:30 pm and so today i went back around 13:00 and so happy to see not much customer on que and then went to get my que suprisingly the guard ask me again what is my purpose and i said im here to claim my akap assistance and tell me they cut off again the releasing of akap to 12 pm and ask me again to come back as early as 7 am the next day.The money from dole was already transfer to you and why is it hard for you to release it and you misguiding the customer from your cut off coz everyday you change your cut off time. Its very troublesome for us and even pay for double transportatuon and this money are assistance meaning we OFW who have been displace really need the money so where is your heart of prolonging our agony by not realeasing the help with us i do hope you can do some action on this coz your staff are very rude in explaining it if i dont here anything from you i will escalate this and complain directly to Dole and to our government.
