I've been in contact with your customer care dept. Since March 21, 2021 about me asking for help in resolving the mystery about the Missing ATM Card i have sent thru one of your branches, i made 6 follow ups and been replied by 5 different customer relation specialist but no one had really help me solved my concern. Wala po ni isa nagbigay ng proper guide para contact kayo directly hanggang makita ko na may Complaint Department pala. Maliwanag pong nasabi ko noong una pa lang na puwede or available lang akong makarecieved ng call from 8am to 10am dahil my work ako. My mga missed call from unknown # na nangyari hindi naman puwedeng i-call back. I just want the truth behind my missing ATM Card.
