Prepaid phone number SUSPENDED??????
How is it possible to suspend a prepaid phone number whose airtime is recharged on a regular basis (as in several times per month), so clearly it is not out of lack of use, please provide other reasons as to why a number that has been used for more than 15 years is suddenly out of the blue, no warning, no explanation, suspended???

After running around (getting no assistance from 082135) and landing up at a vodacom shop where a very helpful person eventually managed to find out "technical issues" to a group of numbers and should be corrected within 24hrs. The number is working fine now.
