Refund wasn't provided - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Documents needed to process refund was submitted but until now they didn't provide my MONEY BACK i send them email twice i waa inform once i send those documents they need it will only take 10business day then i will get the refund but until now no response on there end
