Poor Management & Customer service - Consumer Complaint for Ocean Basket - Head Office

This has been a long time coming for this restaurant. I had went for lunch with my girlfriend. We had waited 45 minutes just to receive our starters. Our waiter disappeared on us, we had asked another waiter for help and asked her why the delay of food, apparently take way orders is more important than sit in customers so that means we are neglected and left unattended, as Everytime we went to this restaurant we had to ask for service. Once our main course platter arrived, my girlfriend tried to add pepper but these unconscious staff members who never checked their own salt and pepper Everytime caused it to spill everywhere on our platter. The waiter arrived and gave no solution to help us or replace the platter, the rude manager who often takes out his mask Everytime on the floor attended us. He gave us no solution and never wanted to replace our platter but give us just 2 options which it pathetic,he spoked to us with so much big sarcasm that I had asked for customer care line, I cannot believe this, I had to pay the full amount of the bill which we never even enjoy or finish due to the pepper corn.. I want management or head office to attend to the restaurant, I believe they need a business rescue because I feel robbed. I will make sure this reaches people to not visit this place because poor customer service is poor business, I have the picture of the platter as well which eventually left us to pick out each pepper corn out of our meal. Disgusted by their behaviour
