Broken base - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

Hi team,

Please note am not happy with the service am receiving from both restonic and bradlows my base has been broken since few days after receiving it, At first the matter was draking forever afterwards the issue was with the address they delivered was the one on the invoice, This was communicated with the store assistant to make sure they using the correct address, then i had to make follow ups again if it was changed to the correct address that i believe must not take a month and days,
Today i called to enquire on this number 0100131738 Doris told me all customer care consultant are on lunch this is a horrible service ever. My mattress is also affected too i will never recommend anyone to buy the bed as i had advised my friends and family to go buy 4 beds where bought at maponya after mine am so angry that i regret buying from there.
