Cancelation - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeI canceled my account at vodacom a montago and now all of a sudden the account was upgraded without my convent. The women I spoke to said that this account will be canceled as arranged and she assured me that I don't have to worry about a thing. I have been a customer at vodacom for more ten 20 years and this mistake is unacceptable. Please contact me as soon as possible.
