LBC - Head OfficeNo customer service. Handled customers who came after me. Did not know or pretended to not know how to read the measuring tape to measure the dimensions of my parcel. Said she changed the measure in her computer so I could pay less. I don't want employees to tamper on my parcel's info to appease a customer.
