Rude J & T rider Edward Maballo - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

I understand that I failed to check the notifications of the parcel to be delivered today. This was because I am from night shift. The rider called me once and texted me once that he is already in the area. I already checked my messaged an hour later. I apologized for not being able to respond earlier and asked politely if he can still deliver it today. His responses were really off and very unprofessional.
