Unreasonably Treated - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I was made redundant last year and still out of work but still willing to pay for a phone contract that I do not use! Vodacom want me to pay my monthly, and the arrears, they want me to pay cancellation or a penalty fee for downgrading - which I can not afford. On top of that they want me to pay for my monthly bill. So its a botu 3 things they want me to pay for. Seems a bit greedy from a multi billon rand organisation.
