I'm the receiver, and I've been tracking my LBC Balikbayan Box since time immemorial via their website, Facebook page, Facebook Messenger and email, but all to no avail. They failed to provide me with real-time updates, and they wouldn't provide me with the Bill of Lading number.
Sure, they respond but they're only focused on their scripts. They're not focused on providing the customers with clear answers and/or resolving their real concerns.
I hope this reaches their contact center director, or the best person who can do something about their representatives.
