New wifi router - 3 days not activatef - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

A new router was installed on Thursday, no information was provided as to the time to re activate. The two "contractors" indicted that the wifi will be restored within 2hours. Obviously it did not happen. Contacted the service center & they logged an call to get it reconnected.Told me it could take up to 48hours. It is now 3 days - working from home and losing R6000 a day, due to poor service & no information. Today i was informed that no service call was logged. Reference:sr210320-359344. Now another 24 hours. This is the worst service i have ever received.
I need the vodacom fibre to be connected. I am more than willing to do a small claims case, to be reimbursed for the funds i lost & the misinformation that vodacom provided.
