Taking a item from my hand to give the cashier so, when I get there I can pay it - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

I was at clicks tshwane mall, I wanted to buy a sharpener and the security wanted to take the sharpener from my hand to give to the cashier and told me when I get there they will give it to me. I am a regular customer at clicks tshwane mall,if clicks can't have items on the shelf please put it by the cashiers.i have bought so many small items from clicks and other shops but that never happened to me,that's a bad customer service,will never go there again and I just work across from them.
