Online upgrade of Contract phone dot delivered - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

On the 10/03 online deal made for delivery of upgrade phone. To date no phone was delivered to me. I clearly state that the delivery agent must phone me before delivery as I'm living on a farm 20 km out of Brits on the R511 road. I was never phoned. After following up today three Vodacom agents later did not getting any joy clarity and confirmation and commitment to resolved the problem. Definitely think to cancel this upgrade and future deals.
